THE DEVIL IN THE CHURCH/THE WITCHES IN THE TEMPLE
One of the major turn-around in the end-time prophesy is the defilement of the temple(Dan 11), with the devil gaining entrance into the holy temple, and taking over the daily sacrifice, replacing it with what is termed as the abomination that causes desolation. This can also happen in our spirits, the place of true worship. The truth is we as the temple of God are under heavy invasion by all manner of corrupted self-seeking ideology. Many a times we offer the sacrifice of fools, unknowingly(Ecc 5:1) by giving chance to idolatry(iniquity), standing in place of what we really intended to worship. Our spiritual fellowship which is the body of Christ, all being built to a living house, with Christ as the corner stone(note the new Jerusalem in the book of revelations is walled by saints). The church too is under heavy infiltration by sons of darkness with motives that are quite vain really. This should however not unnecessarily preoccupy the church.
An abomination can be defined as the opposite of Holy. For example, If love is holy, hate is an abomination. There are many sons of darkness masquerading as ministers of righteousness, as foretold(1 Tim:4:1, 2 Cor 11:14,15.) The message of the Kingdom of God, of the power of the death and resurrection of Christ is out of the agenda. Pulpit hours are spent confusing and throwing stumbling blocks to the message, providing for damnation and curses that the poor sheep have to endure. This is a church which fills you with anxiety every Sunday instead of hope, love, gentleness and goodness. Semantics, splitting of hair and debating other religious standpoints is also rife, more common in this age of information.
Abomination is offering of works of darkness instead of Love, joy, hope, faith, Godliness, righteousness, goodness and all the characters of God make up His grace. Every principle and ideal has been turned into either laborious semantics and definitions and works of the flesh or raised to unattainable heights. Grace itself is a block of stumbling for those who do not understand the importance of righteousness. Righteousness is spiritual, and what is full in the spirit eventually pours out as a testimony to the world. This is how we can tell of seeds planted by God, and those planted by His enemy. At maturity, the differentiation occurs in the fruit. Fruit range from character, to spiritual power, to what is discerned in the spiritual realm. It is important also to apply various tests to avoid calling what is consecrated an abomination. The spiritual tests are the most important.
CHARACTERISTICS OF MASQUERADERS.

The sons of darkness, they are referred to and characteristics given(Gal 5:19, Prov 6:17-19). Psalms, proverbs and Ecclesiastes spend alot of time describing such. Such are sometimes referred to as the wicked, the whore, referring to the adultery(of worship), the unclean, angry man, men the cause strife, murderers, even drunkards and revelers (referring to the excessive indulgences of self gratification, or of the demonic.) These are demonic as opposed to human characteristics. The lost sheep-even the found, may sometimes be caught up in the same unknowingly. Such could make disastrous and overbearing leaders. It is not possible for a true son of the light to spend the whole day in serious gossip or the other indulgences of the flesh and at the end of it bounce on the pulpit "in the power of the spirit." Only the powers of darkness would thrive with such abominations. And not all demonstration of supernatural power is from God. Avoid those warm and fuzzy feelings of power from untested evangelists. The Holy Spirit of God is just that - Holy, and uncleanliness tends to quench his fire(1 thes 5:19) on the alter in us.They are spiritual drainers of the anointing of God from men. These acts are dead flies that cause the ointment, the anointing to send forth a stink(Ecc 10:1).
The presence of the Spirit of God in men bears fruit-love, joy, peace, long suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control(Gal 5:22-25.) These should be seen or be seen to be coming forth, from both congregants, and leaders.
Passivity in the watching of the state of the church is not biblical. Listen to prophets(1 Thes 4:20, 5:20) but don't forget to judge them too(1 Cor 14:29). Test ALL spirits(1 Thes 5:21). Vigilance/ watching is one of the most repeated words in the scripture. Watch out to know the good, and the bad. At the same time, submit to those in authority, but consider the outcome of their character, to keep good morals from being corrupted. Do not give honor to demons though.

Our western brothers have introduced the often controversial prosperity gospel, where everything holy comes at a sometimes specifically designated amount of money. The law of it makes sense like other laws of men, but the disadvantage is that laws are also swords. Even the laws of men, the rulers of this age. The punishment is usually delivered in form of perceived misfortunes/curses that would follow disobedience. Some of the threats need a strong personality to ignore really. It raises questions of how the shepherds in that way wish well of their flocks(Prov 27:23) and priorities of the modern priesthood(1 Sam 2:29).
There is a more deeper form of merchandising the flock. This occurs in the spiritual realm. Old age prophets referred to it as fattening the sheep for the slaughter. It is also one of the sins for which Babylon stands accused(Rev 18:13). It is the trade in the souls and spirits of men. The church packs a sizable number of the covert merchants. Spirits of the sheep of Christ-lost or otherwise are submitted to demonic bondage. This is actually the main preoccupation of the rulers of this world(eph 6). One sign of such happenings in a congregation is the presence seemingly excessive demonic activity in the spiritual realm of a particular church. Discernment is key. Demonic activity in a location follows sons of darkness.

There are many instances where a person joined a congregation, after which they allegedly start a gossip or two, the whole church becomes a rumour mill which ends up in bitter divisions of the congregation. When questions start being asked, fingers point to that one person said to be the originator of the gossip. Well, she wasn't talking to herself, was she? Sometimes church folk are mixed up with wolves dressed in sheep clothing just waiting for the right moment to pounce.There is no difference between a tale bearer, who ensures the wiles of the gossiper are fulfilled, and the initiator of the gossip.
4. PREDISPOSITIONS IN VISIONS/DREAMS
The sons of darkness, in dreams, are picked out by the eyes. The eyes are the light of the body, literally. mischief and darkness is expressed in the eyes, just like light is. A look that seems to be seeking for vengeance/ or a hardened face is also a way of expression that should raise a red flag. Seduction is so common in the demonic, that the rulers of darkness are simply referred to as whores. They like to adorn the familiarity of the people under their influence. This familiarity is also expressed in former acquaintances and localities of the dreams, where images in the dreamers mind are conjured to wile into participation in activities which most of the time are just vain, while draining the strength of the participants.
Continuous recording of dreams helps in the regard of connecting the common dots and picking out the prevalent and notorious personalities involved, from the often wide array of participants. Recording helps offer direction in spiritual warfare. After my own recording, after sometime, I learnt that the vain dreams can, and should be ignored, and concentrate on the Godly dreams. The vain ones are inconsequential.

Its effect is disabling, weakening and very intrusive on the condition of the soul of the victim. Demonic predispositions can be transferred in this way. Vigilance is important, and when such happen its good to stay away from such influences.
Some times the powers of darkness are disguised as animals. In such instances your spirit will know what is harmful and even sometimes, who is. It is important to keep free of such dominions.
Filth is also a sign of demonic influence in a fellowship. For example, you may have consistent visions or dreams of almost stepping onto some filth, before you suddenly awake.These are usually warnings of impending defilement of the soul due to surrounding influences especially when they happen within a location.
When the works of darkness begin to manifest, they most often do not go unnoticed by the sons of the light.. But the devil has got this part covered too. Strange happenings are often explained away by romanticized cooked up stories of of horror, of "a devil worshiping member of the flock," an "agent of the devil," who often "confess" to the horror of the unsuspecting sheepfold. The 'revelations' are usually followed by protracted spiritual warfare sessions against spirits usually named after some notorious biblical misfits. These tactics are harmless to witches who will continue their vices, even leading in some of the spiritual wars to help cast out the non-existent spirits. Horror stories are only tailored to impart fear(Rom 8:15) more than anything. If the devil was that creepy we would all be goners because, trust me, he is present in most spheres of our lives, in the souls of his children. The truth that the presence of any sheepfold in a place will attract the predators, sons of darkness with expertise in stealing, killing and destroying and they come in form of congregants, pastors, helps, e.t.c. In this world of big congregation, it is almost impossible to not just pick them out, but to kick them out as is scriptural(1 cor 5:13).Beware of dogs(Phil 2:3, Gal 2:4). Expose and have no fellowship with them(Eph 5:11-16) The sons of darkness should be distinguished from the lost sheep. One is prey to the other. If the culprits are leaders, walk away and keep your soul. That is wisdom, and wisdom keeps her children alive(prov 2:10,11, Prov 7:4,5)
